Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks Hebrew bilingual experts to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on Hebrew understanding and generation. You will evaluate Hebrew audio content and provide feedback based on established guidelines, working remotely.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Hebrew mastery and English communication are key. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling for detail-focused reviewers who document evaluations clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent command of spoken and written Hebrew.
• B2+ proficiency in English, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, language evaluation, or linguistic assessment (preferred).
• Experience evaluating pronunciation, accents, speech patterns, or voice quality (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-generated speech or language technologies is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Hebrew and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Hebrew-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
