No prior AI experience is required, but native-level Hebrew and English communication skills are essential. Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines are also required.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent written and spoken Hebrew.
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations in English with clear feedback.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
