Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or customer success in healthcare technology.
• Willingness to travel roughly 70–75% with overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure needs are met.
• Drive satisfaction surveys and derive actionable insights.
• Lead adoption from onboarding to daily use and retraining.
• Monitor account health and renewals with mitigation plans.
• Lead QBRs, executive check-ins, and health assessments.
• Maintain platform expertise and CRM records.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and support implementations.
