Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field or 1–3 years in medical device content creation.
• Experience with medical device/diabetes domain preferred.
• Ability to understand medical, clinical, and technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Write clear design/technical documentation for regulatory and quality processes.
• Manage UX strings and accessible text within design files (e.g., Figma).
• Submit documentation to PLM/ALM systems and support tool improvements.
• Collaborate with UX Design, UX Content Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain technical writing guidelines within UX style.
