Job summary

Ways2Well is seeking an entry-level Technical Support Analyst to be the first line of support for our EMR, mobile apps, web apps, and internal systems. You will diagnose issues, communicate solutions clearly to patients and staff, and escalate complex problems to engineers when necessary.

This fully remote role offers a path to grow into a senior technical support position, with training from our experienced team and exposure to healthcare platform ecosystems, HIPAA considerations, and

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across web, mobile, and internal systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain tech concepts to non‑technical users.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliance considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for EMR, mobile apps, web apps, marketing sites, and internal tools.
• Diagnose issues, escalate when needed, and document resolutions.
• Interact with patients and internal staff with clear, compassionate communication.
• Coordinate with developers to implement fixes for recurring problems.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to a knowledge base.
