NTT DATA Services is seeking a Technical Support Service Desk Associate to join our healthcare team and provide exceptional support to our customers in a 24x7 environment. The role involves phone, email, chat, and self-service support with escalation as needed.

All candidates must demonstrate shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges from $37,944 to $71,300 with a comprehensive benefits package and a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Healthcare Customer Service experience.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Maintain daily availability on Microsoft Teams and stay up to date with learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Support all contact types (phone, email, chat, self-service) in a 24x7x365 call center.
• Respond promptly to incoming contacts and achieve high first-contact resolution.
• Provide professional customer service following scripts and corporate policies.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Identify process or product improvements and communicate needs clearly.
• Maintain focus and accuracy while monitoring screens during shift.
• Remain in the designated workspace and in the phone queue for the full shift.
