Job summary

Harris Healthcare seeks a business‑oriented Corporate Counsel to join the Legal Team. The role focuses on US healthcare and technology contracts, HIPAA, data privacy, and risk management for multiple business units.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, you will draft and negotiate licenses, vendor agreements, NDAs and development contracts. This is a remote position available to any qualified candidate in the United States.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US healthcare law, including HIPAA and privacy/security considerations.
• Ability to draft and review technology/software license agreements and other contracts.
• Strong independent work ethic with sound business judgment and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including licenses, services, and NDAs.
• Lead structuring and closing of corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
• Identify legal trends and risks in a changing regulatory environment.
