Job summary

Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. The role focuses on U.S. healthcare and technology contracts, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy. Remote within the U.S. with reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, advise internal clients, and help shape template agreements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• JD degree and bar admission in good standing in a U.S. state.
• 4+ years of experience at a reputable firm or company in healthcare/tech contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and commercial transaction skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements including licenses, services, and NDAs.
• Lead corporate and commercial transactions from structuring to closing based on experience.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business/legal needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
