Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to identify and engage exceptional healthcare talent. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

You will build robust pipelines for nurses, physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals, using job boards, social networks and direct outreach while promoting Inova's mission and culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for healthcare roles.
• Identify and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop relationships with prospective candidates and networks.
• Represent Inova at events to expand outreach and relationships.
• Share market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Promote Inova's mission and opportunities to enhance employer brand.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS according to privacy rules.
• Track sourcing activity and recruitment outcomes to improve results.
