Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role will drive full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to meet staffing demands across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Missouri.

The position offers work-from-home flexibility with occasional travel. Ideal candidates have 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, 1 year of sourcing experience, and a background in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing/sales or related field is required.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years Talent Acquisition experience is preferred.
• 1 year of talent sourcing experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned positions.

• Collaborate with HR leadership, COE, and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs.
