Job summary

Inova is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to identify and engage exceptional healthcare talent. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines for clinical and healthcare support roles.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in recruitment
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent to 4 years experience

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, requirements and priorities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for healthcare roles.
Identify and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
Represent Inova at industry events to expand outreach and candidate relationships.
Share market insights to inform recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
