Inova Health is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to identify and engage exceptional healthcare talent. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong pipelines for clinical and healthcare support roles.

This role offers remote eligibility for many states, including VA, and focuses on developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and representing Inova at industry events to strengthen our employer brand.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• 2+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably within healthcare or a similarly complex/highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools and sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated success developing proactive talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for a range of healthcare positions.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience and alignment with role requirements.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future healthcare hiring needs.
• Develop long-term relationships with prospective candidates and maintain an active talent network.
• Represent Inova at industry conferences, career fairs and other professional events to expand outreach and strengthen candidate relationships.
• Share market intelligence, industry trends and competitive insights to help inform recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
• Promote Inova’s mission, culture and career opportunities to enhance our employer brand.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, in accordance with privacy and data-protection requirements.
• Track and report sourcing activity, pipeline health and recruitment outcomes; identify opportunities to improve processes and results.
