The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, a high school diploma, and must adhere to privacy guidelines. The position offers a base wage of $16 per hour plus bonuses and a health benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Integrity and adherence to HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy.
• Computer experience and a high‑speed internet connection (>15Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Recommend upgrades to members’ health plans using product and brand knowledge.
• Conduct research and make outbound calls to answer general health‑care benefit questions.
• Assist members with logging into and navigating their online health account.
