Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience required; call-center experience preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls/chats from patients, assisting with customer service issues.
• Handle an average of 40–50 calls/chats per day.
• Resolve customer complaints through independent problem-solving.
