RemX | The Workforce Experts is hiring a Medical Call Center Representative for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client in a remote team. Pay is $16/hr with weekly pay and benefits, and a projected start date in the near term.

• 1+ year of RECENT, Call Center Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
• Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
• High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.

• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including fax and mail.
• Contact customers to obtain additional information as needed.
• Perform data entry and routine administrative support tasks.

Shift availability: Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of operation: Mon-Sat, 8 AM-10PM (No exceptions)
