Job summary

Carenet Health is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to support patients, providers, and representatives over the phone. You will resolve inquiries, document details, and help patients navigate healthcare services from your home office.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to deal with and solve problems using solid judgment skills.
• Computer skills required to include navigating multiple programs; comfortable with dual screens; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to a published schedule a must.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs and assisting them with healthcare related issues/concerns assessed through outreach programs.
• Respond to the needs of a 24/7/365 operation as needed.
• Researches, identifies and solves problems; verify eligibility of services and places call backs as required.
• Meets and supports established service and sales and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with callers from diverse socio-economic, cultural, geographic, racial, and age groups.
• Ability to multi-task (simultaneously think, talk, type).
• Uses excellent listening skills to receive, process and document detailed information.
