Carenet Health is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to support patients, providers, and representatives over the phone. You will resolve inquiries, document details, and help patients navigate healthcare services from your home office.

Competenze

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to deal with and solve problems using solid judgment skills.
• Computer skills required to include navigating multiple programs; comfortable with dual screens; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to a published schedule a must.
