Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to a published schedule a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone.
• Respond to needs of a 24/7/365 operation as needed.
• Research, identify and solve problems; verify eligibility of services and places call backs as required.
• Meet and support established service, sales and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with callers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask (think, talk, type) and document information clearly.
