Solventum seeks a Product Value Specialist to promote and train hospitals on Solventum solutions, drive product adoption, and ensure proper use across healthcare settings in the United States. You will build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing staff, map accounts, and support tender opportunities.

Required: a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in medical devices or healthcare, plus proficiency with Power BI and Salesforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4 years in medical device/healthcare/marketing in a private/public/government/military environment.
• Experience with operating room environment and medical products and technologies.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, train, and ensure proper implementation of Solventum solutions within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
• Conduct visits to hospitals/clinics and build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing staff.
• Map physicians and procedures in assigned accounts and maximize account potential.
• Demonstrate devices and address technical/clinical questions; support tender opportunities.
• Lead education and training activities and ensure proper use of assets in line with HCC guidelines.
• Develop relationships with key customers and end users to identify best practices.
• Develop standardization protocols with hospitals for device use.
• Participate in local/regional seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
• Gather and share customer and competitor insights via 1:1 HCP interactions.
