HealthBar is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Consultant to help employers reimagine healthcare through our connected model built on Access. Network. Data.

You will own the sales process from qualification through contract execution, leveraging your established regional relationships in the Eastern United States to close new employer partnerships. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and executive leadership, with travel as needed and a strong potential to impact client health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of successful consultative B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling healthcare or employee benefits services.
• Established regional network in the Eastern United States.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new employer partnerships through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Leverage regional relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Build partnerships with employee benefits brokers and TPAs.
• Lead consultative sales conversations from discovery to implementation.
• Present HealthBar’s employer healthcare solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Understand client workforce goals to tailor healthcare solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet revenue goals.
• Track activity in the CRM and forecast effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership for a smooth customer experience.
• Represent HealthBar at networking events and industry conferences.
