Job summary

HealthBar seeks a Healthcare Solutions Consultant to identify, develop, and close employer partnerships from the Eastern United States, while building trusted relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs. The role combines strategic prospecting with regional networking to expand HealthBar’s presence in the Eastern territory.

The position is full-time and remote, with a primary territory in the East and travel as needed to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful consultative B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling healthcare, employee benefits, occupational health, wellness programs, HR solutions, or related services.
• Established professional network within the Eastern United States, particularly among employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, employers, or healthcare partners.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, and regional networking.

Responsibilities

• Develop new employer partnerships through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Leverage existing regional relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with HR leaders, executives, business owners, and benefits decision makers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and other referral sources.
• Lead consultative sales conversations from initial discovery through implementation.
