Job summary

Community Health Systems in the United States is seeking a senior Business Solution & Application Architect to define enterprise architecture strategy, align technology with corporate goals, and guide multi-year roadmaps for clinical and EMR systems.

You will partner with executive and clinical leadership, shape architecture governance, and mentor other architects while driving large-scale transformation in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related engineering disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in application architecture in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and translate business needs into scalable enterprise application strategies.
• Establish collaborative partnerships across diverse technology teams, ASM, business directors, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead the governance of architectural decisions, standards, and frameworks across the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain dynamic application roadmaps, design patterns, and solution delivery frameworks.
• Mentor and guide talented architects and engineering leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / related field
