Job summary
Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Integrated Delivery Program Manager to lead multi-team software solution implementations for healthcare programs. You will oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple areas to ensure on-time, in-scope results aligned with business objectives.
The role requires 9+ years in healthcare and 5+ years in program management of large deployments, strong cross-functional communication, and CMS/regulatory
Qualifications
- 9+ years of Healthcare Experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy).
- 5+ years of program management of large software implementations.
- Strong communication across VPs and delivery areas.
- Background in product lifecycle management and technical support.
- Experience with Medicaid and Pharmacy operations; CMS familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across teams for specific client(s) and coordinate with Implementation Practice.
- Map solution scope and required dates; build an integrated delivery plan with dependencies.
- Track gaps, drive resolution plans, and report status to leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions and drive continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales analysis and cost estimation across delivery areas.
