Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Integrated Delivery Program Manager to lead programs delivering complex product solutions for healthcare clients in the United States. You will coordinate multiple delivery teams, manage scope, schedule, and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements across deployments and support operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, experience with Medicare/Medicaid/pharmacy domains, and capabilities in product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Healthcare Experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy)
• 5+ years in program management of large software implementations
• Strong communication across VP/delivery areas
• Background in product lifecycle management and technical support
• Understanding of solution architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to deliver and support complex product solution implementations across multiple internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and map dependencies into an integrated delivery plan.
• Track gaps, push for ownership and resolution plans, and report status to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and lessons learned; identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Support pre-sales analysis and cost estimation across delivery areas.
• Travel 0–10% and participate in delivery governance during deployments and rollouts.
