Job summary

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Western US Territory. You will drive sales coverage across accounts, develop relationships, and clearly communicate the Solventum value proposition to customers.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in food service sales, or an equivalent combination, with Salesforce/CRM experience. This remote role requires up to 50% travel within the US; relocation support may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 4+ years in food service sales, or an equivalent combination.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 8+ years in food service sales in private, public or governmental environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieves specific sales objectives by providing sales coverage of assigned accounts or within the territory.
• Learns and begins to demonstrate ability to affect change and articulate Solventum value proposition to gain new business or competitive conversions.
• Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results.
• Learns to plan and manage time and resources for effective territory coverage, communications and responsibilities.
