Zusammenfassung

Solventum Canada is seeking a Sales Representative for the MedSurg division. Remote- Northern Ontario with up to 50% travel, you will expand territory, educate healthcare staff, and partner with internal teams to position Solventum as a solutions provider.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 8 years, valid driving license, and healthcare/pharma sales experience. CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.

• Maintain and grow territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.

• Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and guidelines, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider.
• Collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing teams.
• Manage long selling cycles with multiple touchpoints.
