Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Sales Associate to support our Home Health Sales team in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania territory. This remote-based position offers an entry path into healthcare sales and marketing, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibilities within a caring, professional team.

The role focuses on processing referrals, supporting our Transitional Care Managers and Marketing Managers, and helping to drive growth while upholding BAYADA's core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales/referral management experience may count in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; home health care preferred.
• Experience with health systems/referral management or health platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and take on responsibility.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate BAYADA values and the BAYADA Way.
• Build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and health professionals.
• Review and compile documentation to transition care or initiate care as ordered.
• Coordinate services with the office to fulfill ordered care.
• Collaborate with care managers and marketing/office leadership on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and strive to exceed performance standards.
• Perform related duties as requested by supervision.
