Jobgether is seeking a Client Support Specialist based in the United States to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a healthcare software environment. You will support hospice providers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals by resolving technical questions, handling service requests, and helping users navigate the software.

You will work with Client Success, Sales, and other teams to enhance satisfaction, retention, and service quality in a remote, AI-enabled environment, while

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS customer support is preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license preferred but not required.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for internal company retreats approximately twice per year.

Responsabilités

• Handle 20–40 inbound support calls per day and tickets from hospice organizations and pharmacies.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new users and provide brief training sessions.
• Assist physicians with e-prescribing setup and troubleshoot related issues.
• Investigate client concerns and provide accurate solutions with follow-up.
• Build positive relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction.
