Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a combination of these disciplines.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred, particularly physicians, surgeons, APPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead practitioner recruitment for plastic surgeons and mid-level providers across locations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for current openings and future needs.
• Source candidates via professional networks, online platforms, industry organizations, referrals, and residency programs.
