Job summary

You will collaborate with department chairs, HR, credentialing, and leadership to develop workforce plans, build pipelines, analyze market trends, and drive initiatives that improve access and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of physician recruitment or provider relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Experience with workforce planning, onboarding, and provider engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated recruitment and provider relations partner for assigned clinical departments and service lines.
• Manage the full physician recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and transition to practice.
• Develop recruitment strategies and grow provider pipelines through organizations, residency programs, and conferences.
• Analyze market intelligence, compensation trends, and referral patterns to support growth in service lines.
• Collaborate with HR, Credentialing, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and provider integration.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and address barriers to start dates and long-term retention.
