Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized Healthcare Recruiter / HR Manager to support our growing network of plastic surgery practices. The role combines HR/payroll oversight with a strong emphasis on identifying, recruiting, and placing plastic surgeons and mid-level providers across locations.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with physicians and providers, manage onboarding, and drive strategic staffing to support expansion while handling routine HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related disciplines.
• Healthcare recruiting experience with physicians and advanced practice providers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for plastic surgeons and mid-level providers across locations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified practitioners for current openings and future needs.
• Source candidates through professional networks, online platforms, industry organizations, referrals, and residency programs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding; manage contracts and communications with candidates.
• Support HR and payroll responsibilities for the organization as needed.
