Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Quality assurance: conduct audits, reviews, and assessments and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider performance with goals.
• Utilize data systems to collect, analyze, and report provider performance data.
