Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or other human services related field and five (5) years of post-degree experience in healthcare or managed care.
Experience leading healthcare quality and process improvement initiatives in an operational setting, particularly within community health, is preferred.
Experience in public speaking, mediation, presentation development, training, group facilitation, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Support to Network Providers by evolving administrative and clinical workflows for improved outcomes.
Educate practice teams in CQI principles and Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles; coordinate with CINs.
Review performance reports and present data in an understandable format to providers.
Collaborate with AMHs and CMA to integrate administrative, financial, and clinical data for better outcomes.
Facilitate adoption of 1915(i) processes and HR.1 state programs.
