Job summary

ReWorks Solutions in South Africa is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance for a U.S.-based ABA healthcare client. You will oversee QA processes, audits, scorecards, and a team, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and client standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA, supervisory experience, and strong analytical skills, with healthcare or BPO QA background preferred. You will work US hours from South Africa, remotely, with coaching and KPI reporting as part of your duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA, auditing, compliance, or quality control.
• 2+ years' supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Healthcare, medical administration, insurance, or BPO QA experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the QA team.
• Conduct and oversee quality audits.
• Monitor quality scores, productivity, KPIs, and turnaround times.
• Review healthcare documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify recurring errors, trends, and process gaps.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare QA reports and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain QA scorecards, audit trackers, and quality standards.
• Support training and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards.
