Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Remote Supervisor for CMS Program Coordination. You will lead healthcare operations teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate complex requirements into scalable workflows using EHRs and reporting tools.

You will drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and structured feedback, while partnering with engagement, analytics, product, and leadership to optimize outcomes in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related health care or administration field.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, care coordination, case management, population health, or related leadership roles.
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, and healthcare payment/value-based care models.
• Experience translating regulations into workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes.
• Experience auditing documentation and processes for quality and compliance.
• Strong data-driven decision making using metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with EHRs and technology-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop operational teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Establish productivity standards, quality expectations, team metrics, and processes with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Oversee regulatory adherence and program execution to align with requirements.
• Translate evolving regulations into scalable workflows, training, and best practices.
• Manage reporting systems, platforms, and portals ensuring documentation and data integrity.
• Track KPIs, quality measures, benchmarks, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Ensure documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement align with requirements.
• Audit records and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee care plan and service delivery documentation and timelines.
• Monitor milestones, submissions, and stakeholder handoffs for efficient execution.
• Provide feedback and coaching based on audit findings and drive improvements.
• Identify risks and gaps, lead corrective actions and continuous improvements.
