Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a Technical Program Director - Healthcare to lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic healthcare program. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering complex programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream programs.
• Strong executive presence with extensive customer-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic enterprise customers with executive-level visibility.
• Strong governance, PMO frameworks, and financial management knowledge.
• Deep healthcare experience including HIPAA / HITECH and interoperability standards (FHIR / HL7).

Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall program vision, strategy, and delivery approach across multiple interdependent projects.
• Ensure full lifecycle ownership from initiation through delivery, migration execution, operational transition, and closure.
• Direct the development and approval of integrated program and project plans across private cloud environments.
• Maintain alignment between program outcomes and strategic objectives across private cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and platforms.
• Ensure the program environment supports delivery across all workstreams with governance and risk management.
• Align program delivery with HIPAA/HITECH, patient safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
