In this permanent, remote role, you will conduct short- and medium-term projects, oversee SOPs and SOWs, deliver regular reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations for ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customer service, operations, technical, quality and financial teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insight into recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Healthcare Logistics Distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short- and medium-term project management.
• Provide client advocacy and critical issue resolution.
• Support compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process improvement, and other value-added service.
• Oversee SOPs, manage SOWs, and support other operational and technical engagements.
• Coordinate and deliver regular reporting.
• Drive quantified value for our customers.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings.
• Understand UPS Healthcare offerings, products and services.
