Whitecoat Locums is hiring a Permanent Placement Recruiter for a remote position based in the United States. The ideal candidate has relevant U.S. healthcare recruiting experience and will source physicians, APPs and CRNAs for permanent roles across U.S. facilities.

You will screen candidates, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offers through to start dates while maintaining excellent CRM documentation and a responsive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in U.S. healthcare recruiting is required.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Remote-friendly role with availability overlapping U.S. Eastern Time.

Aufgaben

• Source physicians, APPs and CRNAs for permanent positions.
• Screen candidates for clinical experience, qualifications, goals and compensation.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback for offers and start dates.
• Record outreach, screening notes and submissions in Zoho Recruit.
• Follow confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
