Job summary

ConnectHealth, a locum tenens staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians nationwide. This is a fully remote, salaried position with a high-tier commission structure.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with facilities to meet staffing needs while staying current with market trends. The role offers ongoing training and a growing, supportive team environment with unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle healthcare contracting recruiting experience within a staffing agency.
• Understanding of licensing, credentialing, privileging, and assignment logistics (we have travel, licensing, and credentialing teams in-house)
• Proven production history with consistent monthly placements and revenue generation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Experience working with both direct facility relationships and VMS/MSP accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high-volume desk independently
