Job summary

Whitecoat Locums is hiring a Permanent Placement Recruiter for a remote position based in the United States. The ideal candidate has relevant U.S. healthcare recruiting experience and will source physicians, APPs and CRNAs for permanent roles across U.S. facilities.

You will screen candidates, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offers through to start dates while maintaining excellent CRM documentation and a responsive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. healthcare recruiting is required.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Remote-friendly role with availability overlapping U.S. Eastern Time.

We are hiring for a Permanent Placement Recruiter for a remote based job.

Important- Relevant U.S. healthcare recruiting experience is required.

Role & responsibilities:

• Source physicians, APPs and CRNAs for permanent positions with U.S. healthcare facilities.
• Screen candidates for clinical experience, qualifications, career goals, location preferences and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Work with the team to understand hiring needs and present qualified, interested candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and support candidates through offers, acceptance and their start date.
• Provide timely updates and a responsive candidate experience.
• Record outreach, screening notes, submissions and follow-ups in Zoho Recruit.
• Follow company procedures, confidentiality requirements and compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate sourcing through job boards, databases and professional networks; candidate screening; pipeline management; interview coordination; offer follow-up; accurate CRM documentation
• Excellent spoken and written English; organized, proactive and goal-oriented, with strong follow-through and a professional, friendly approach.
• Able to manage multiple searches independently and build lasting candidate relationships.
• A reliable computer or laptop, phone and stable internet are REQUIRED.
  Schedule: MondayFriday, generally 9:00 AM5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, with slight adjustments based on availability. Part-time or full-time arrangements are available; agreed hours should overlap with the U.S. workday.

Compensation:

USD $900+ per month in base pay, based on experience and availability, plus generous commission for each permanent placement, with uncapped earning potential.
