Star Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to contact and screen candidates and determine fit for our healthcare client placements. The Recruiter will manage the process from prospecting to placement, coordinating with clients and candidates to present qualified profiles and schedule interviews.

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience.
• Desire to work full-time (no part-time requests please).
• Professional attitude.
• A strong work ethic.
• Solid computer skills.
• A strong internet connection.

Responsabilités

• Speak with a high number of candidates daily and quickly evaluate qualifications.
• Call, email, and screen candidates, logging each activity.
• Provide candidates with job descriptions, present to clients, schedule interviews, and follow up.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.
• Continuously work and communicate with both clients and candidates daily.
