U.S. Bank, through its Elavon subsidiary, is seeking a Healthcare Merchant Payments Sales Consultant to drive new business and expand relationships with healthcare practices across multiple regions.

You will translate complex payment workflows into practical recommendations while collaborating with product, risk, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing support. The role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline development, and delivering tailored payment strategies

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, treasury management, healthcare technology, or consultative B2B sales.
• Experience developing new business, managing a sales pipeline, and navigating multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payments ecosystem including acquiring, issuing, and data security.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new healthcare merchant payment opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client payment workflows.
• Assess the client’s broader payments ecosystem and healthcare-specific workflows.
• Design and present tailored payment strategies to support revenue growth and faster receivables.
• Coordinate with product, pricing, underwriting, risk, implementation and banking partners to deliver onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Build relationships with Healthcare Relationship Managers, Business Bankers, and Treasury Management partners.
• Prepare compelling proposals, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information in Salesforce or designated systems.
• Meet or exceed revenue, sales, and activation goals.
• Stay current on healthcare market trends and payment technologies.
