U.S. Bank, via Elavon, seeks a Healthcare Merchant Payments Sales Consultant to develop new business and expand relationships with healthcare practices nationwide.

You will lead consultative discovery, assess client payments ecosystems, and design tailored strategies to improve revenue and efficiency. Collaboration with product, underwriting, and implementation teams is essential for onboarding and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, treasury management, financial services, healthcare technology, or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payments ecosystem including acquiring, gateways, POS, card networks, ACH, tokenization, PCI, data security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare merchant payment opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client payment workflows across channels.
• Design tailored payment strategies that improve revenue, cash flow, and client experience.
