U.S. Bank is seeking a Healthcare Payments Sales Consultant (Outside Sales Merchant Payments) to build new business with healthcare practices and related organizations nationwide.

You’ll advance end-to-end payment solutions across in-person and remote channels, collaborating with banking partners, product, and implementation teams. This role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline development, and cross-functional coordination to improve cash flow, patient experience, and revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Five or more years in merchant acquiring, payments, or healthcare tech sales.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem and HIPAA/PCI basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust healthcare merchant payment pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery to map payments across channels.
• Present tailored payment strategies to drive revenue and receivables.
• Collaborate with product, pricing, risk, and implementation teams.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and activity logs.
