Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Implementation Consultant to analyze current workflows, design future state processes, and lead training and go-live support for healthcare customers. The role involves remote work with significant travel across North America, including weekends.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PACS experience in a healthcare setting and is comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines. A valid passport for US-Canada travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using a PACS system in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time in the US and Canada.
• Valid and unrestricted passport to travel between the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current state workflow analysis and design future state workflow.
• Develop and deliver training and go-live support for implementations.
• Coordinate and provide application training and documentation for customers and internal staff.
