Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Healthcare Administrative & EHR Virtual Assistant for a part-time, remote role.

The job centers on ClickUp project management, EHR workflows (Practice Better familiarity a plus), and routine reporting to support a women's health and wellness practice. The ideal candidate will expertly manage tasks with ClickUp, maintain accurate patient records, and produce timely operational reports while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ClickUp experience; able to manage projects, tasks, and recurring workflows.
• Experience with healthcare EHR systems; Practice Better exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own ClickUp project management and tracking for the team.
• Manage lead tracking, invoicing, and insurance status updates.
• Maintain recurring tasks, workflows, and timely task completion.
• Handle administrative reporting and tracking across Google Sheets.
• Provide backend support to allow client coordination on patient-facing work.
