Job summary

University Health Network is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support analytics quality, operational excellence, and performance in value-based care. The remote role with occasional on-site meetings requires HIPAA privacy compliance and East TN location alignment.

Responsibilities include evaluating value-based contract performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations, and delivering reliable analytics to support leadership decisions and program success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, operations, reporting, quality improvement, or related field.
Strong healthcare domain knowledge and experience applying it to claims, quality reporting, and value-based care programs.
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytical deliverables and validate results.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational, clinical, financial, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Determine how data should be interpreted and translate into reporting specifications.
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement reporting and analytical solutions.
Evaluate new opportunities, vendor solutions, and workflows for operational improvement.
Maintain professional communication with leadership and stakeholders.
