Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking an organized Credentialing Coordinator to manage credentialing and enrollment for facilities and locations.

You will verify documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with payers, regulators, and internal teams to support enrollment and revalidation across multiple sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and proactive resolution of issues to maintain payer participation and operational readiness in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare credentialing, facility credentialing, payer enrollment, compliance, or healthcare administration
• Experience supporting credentialing or enrollment for healthcare facilities, locations, branches, or organizations, preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, HIPAA, accreditation standards, and payer requirements
• Experience working with CMS, state Medicaid programs, insurance payers, licensing agencies, or regulatory entities preferred
• Ability to track multiple applications, renewals, licenses, certifications, deadlines, and outstanding documentation simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with payers, regulatory agencies, internal leaders, and teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for a remote, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing/enrollment systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility/entity credentialing, enrollment, recredentialing, and revalidation activities in accordance with payer, federal, state, county, city, and organizational requirements
• Collect and maintain facility licenses, certifications, permits, inspections, accreditations, ownership information, NPIs, TINs, and other enrollment documentation
• Complete and submit facility/entity enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers accurately and timely
• Manage enrollment and credentialing activities for new entities, new locations, ownership changes, revalidations, and demographic updates
• Track licenses, certifications, permits, payer enrollments, revalidations, and credential expiration dates to ensure ongoing compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding credentialing and enrollment status, required docs, outstanding items, and effective dates
• Maintain data in credentialing software, payer portals, files, and tracking systems
• Communicate with CMS, state Medicaid, commercial payers, licensing agencies, and regulatory bodies to obtain information and resolve deficiencies
• Follow up on pending applications and resolve enrollment/credentialing issues affecting payer participation or operations
• Support audits, site inspections, and information requests with accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Compliance, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, and other teams for new facilities or changes
• Prepare and maintain reports on credentialing status, payer enrollment, aging, renewals, and dates
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulatory policies
