ELLKAY LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing healthcare technology implementations from kickoff to deployment, coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications. The role emphasizes delivering on-time deployments while maintaining client satisfaction in a rapidly evolving data environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and experience with EMRs, HL7, FHIR, and API-based data exchange.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare/health IT.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of client implementation projects across one or more product lines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource assignments, and milestones.
• Track and report project status, issues, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture actionable notes for clarity and accountability.
• Manage scope changes and mitigate risks with escalation when needed.
• Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support or operations after deployment.
