Job summary

PerfectServe is a leader in clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions for health care providers. The Implementation Project Manager leads successful deployments in ambulatory and enterprise environments, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure scope, budget and timelines are met.

The role requires 2+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR or similar.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across client environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan the project: define scope, goals and deliverables; map tasks and resources.
• Staff the project: assign resources and communicate scope and success factors.
• Implement the project: track progress, run status calls, manage client communications, report to stakeholders.
• Control the project: monitor budget, resources, risks, changes and billing milestones.
• Evaluate the project: ensure on‑time delivery, within budget and quality standards.
